We are entering an Olympic lifting season. 8 weeks of tough weightlifting and fast hard metcons. You might see your speed on workouts decrease just a little bit. But your strength will go up a lot. Ask Selina. After this cycle we will start working into the fast paced open feeling schedule. Let’s get strong.

3 position snatch(floor, below knee, above knee)

Snatch pull 90% 2×3
95% 2×3

10 T2B(15 sit ups)
10 KBS 70/53

Optional:(be careful with volume)
Push jerk 60% 5×3
OHS 70% 5×3
