We’re back on the grid!  A reminder that the 1:00pm and 4:15pm classes are cancelled today and Wednesday; all other classes are on.  The normal schedule will resume on Thursday.

Strength:

Barbell Complex, 5 Sets (as heavy as possible)*:

1 Squat Clean

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Push Press

1 Squat Clean

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Push Jerk

1 Squat Clean

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Split Jerk

*You must complete all 9 reps unbroken.  Rest 3 minutes between sets.

WOD:

3 Rounds, max effort at each station:

1:00 HSPU

1:00 KBS (53/35)

1:00 Pistols

1:00 Rest
