Welcome to the smolov russuian squat program. 

During this our focus will be largely gymnastics and raw squat strength.  Our warm ups will be gymnastics focus and out metcons will be short and intense.

If you follow this program your max will increase by about 15-20%. Every time I have done this my max increased by over 40#  I’m excited.

Warm up:
10-20 sit ups
5-10 strict press 45
200 m run

Back squat:
3×8 @ 65%
1×5 @ 70%
2×2 @ 75%
1×1 @ 80%

6 minute amrap:
5 push press 135/95
5 burpees
