Are you ready for SQUATember?

Step 1: Squat! It doesn’t matter where, get creative!
Step 2: Take a picture (or have a friend do it) and post it to Facebook.  Be sure to tag CrossFit Sanction and use the hashtag, #SQUATember AND #CFS or #CFSanction.
Step 3: Share your photo and show off your skills (and booty).

Rules and Regulations:
1.) You MUST demonstrate a perfect squat in your photo (i.e. Chest up, knees out, weight in heels, etc. All of the things your coaches tell you to do on a regular basis.) Any type of squat is acceptable (overhead, air squat, back squat, front squat, pistol), as long as the correct standards are met.
2.) You must use tag CrossFit Sanction in your picture and include the hashtags #SQUATember AND #CFS or #CFSanction.
3.) At the end of the month, the photo that receives the most “likes” will win some sweet swag.
